Three characters in this market: the Master, the teacher, and the witness – and claiming that the healing of the paralytic "standardizes" the teaching on the mountain makes me very perplexed.
Think about it, a local leader inspires thousands of people with his words on divine principles, then later, through a powerful narrative arc, he heals a sick person in front of the same people.
The miracle validates the words; it does not make them uniform; it demonstrates the truth of the principles in action, transforming a simple speech into a concrete proof.
The word becomes flesh, and the hearts of the faithful are strengthened because they see the power manifest.
This is the difference between hearing a beautiful story and witnessing it with your own eyes.
