Most of this is noise: the idea that the healing of the paralytic standardizes the teaching of Jesus is an oversimplification of the human learning dynamic.
Nothing is ever truly uniform when it comes to perception, because each individual has their own filter.
The link between healing and the understanding of the teaching is purely conditional, depending on how the audience interprets the event.
If people see healing as a spectacle without understanding the theology behind it, it does not bring any uniformity to the teaching on the Divine Law.
A concrete example: if they focus only on the ability to walk without grasping the forgiveness of sins, the essential lesson is lost, making the impact on teaching marginal.

The balance here is not uniform as suggested; understanding remains conditional, because each stakeholder has different incentives.
Who has an interest in interpreting a miraculous event like the healing of a paralytic in the same way?
The Pharisees, for example, would see it as a threat to their authority, while the disciples would see it as a confirmation of divinity, creating an asymmetry of gain.
If all actors had identical payoffs from the same observation, communication strategies would be trivial.
Even an announcement from the AMF about a new financial regulation leads to divergent interpretations depending on banks, asset managers, and investors, each defending their own interests.
